My experience as a coach and holistic therapist

We usually relate the practices of Coaching and Holistic Therapy with the immense desire to help people. And that is exactly it. They are wonderful tools that we have to transform lives. We can completely transform a person’s life and ability. And this is just the beginning. Our way of being in the world will also be changed forever because of everything we learn in the process.

I learned that to help others, we have to be open to the same within us. This process must begin within us. To help people fully embrace the possibility of experiencing the unlimited opportunities that life presents, we must learn to live fully as well. By experiencing discoveries, we can teach others to do the same.

Our conscience is our most valuable asset. As a coach, I accompany my clients on their journeys of conscience and guide them to experience life to the fullest. All of this promoting balance and expansion of the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual body. This helps to evolve in such a way that we never imagined it would be possible.

The ultimate goal is to help clients become fully independent and overcome limiting beliefs. This means that we need to teach them how to do it themselves, how to create and achieve goals. And then, when they’re ready, they can go out on their own with all the resources they need to create even more surprising results.

I consider it one of the most rewarding of all professions. Just imagine the sense of accomplishment of being able to teach people how to create incredible lives, experience results, and make the world a better place to live.

The fundamental key is to start. The other key is to persevere. Being a coach is the raison d’être, a unique way to help move forward. And the rewards are really incredible!
